If User applies for an NLA licence on the Site User must not use any false details or impersonate another person.

Where any usernames, passwords or other log-in details are provided to User to access or use any part of the Site (‘Secure Area’) User undertakes to keep such information confidential and secure and not share it or allow any third party to use such information to access the Secure Area. User must immediately notify the NLA in the event that User becomes aware of any unauthorised use of the Secure Area and / or any breach of confidentiality.
8. Live Chat Functionality
The Live Chat Functionality of this Site is provided by a third party, “Olark”. Users must comply with all of these Terms in respect of their use of the Live Chat functionality. Users should be particularly mindful of their obligations under section 4 (Use of the site) when using, accessing or uploading content to the Live Chat functionality.
NLA makes no representations or warranties in respect of the Live Chat Functionality, other than that NLA has the necessary rights to permit Users to access the service.

User agrees to keep the NLA indemnified from and against any loss or damage caused by any breach by User of these Terms and / or of any statutory duty.The NLA reserves the right to suspend or terminate User’s access to this Site in the event that it reasonably believes User is in breach of any of these Terms.
