NLA has a range of licences suitable for PR agencies and their clients.
The PR Client Service Licence grants PR agencies the right to supply articles from NLA represented publications to clients, in whatever format the client requires. It is charged on a flat rate per client supplied.
The standard PR agency licence also grants PR agencies the right to supply articles from NLA represented publications to clients. However, it differs from the PR Client Service licence in that all articles supplied to clients need to be itemised by client in terms of format (hard copy, web copy etc), content type (newspapers/magazines etc) and how they are delivered - email etc. The licence is charged on an itemised per client supplied basis.
Other Agency Copying
If you monitor the media for your own agency purposes and circulate clips with your staff, your agency will need a Business Licence and a Web End User Licence if online content is circulated. If your agency posts clips on their corporate website or social media pages they will need a Corporate Website Republishing Licence.
PR agencies with 5 or fewer staff who only provide articles to clients and do no further copying need only apply for the PR Client Service Licence.
